Devotional Reflection & Prayer (Transcript)

Who knows what time it is? Today we reflect on another Daily Devotional from Redirected Energy. We’re reading from Prayers For Every Day, with a focus on God’s grace being sufficient for every season from 2 Corinthians 12:9

So you can go into the Bible and do a deeper read if you want, but this gives you a little sip of your daily “Jesus juice” whenever you’re drinking your morning coffee or just going throughout your day, and you need some time to pray.

My grace is sufficient for you… 2 Corinthians 12:9

Today’s Devotional:

Gracious God, of all the gifts you give us, Grace may be the most glorious, with your unmerited favor falling upon us. We can survive most anything, whether in times of plenty or of want. Your grace is sufficient when we feel so exhausted that we don’t know how we’ll get through the morning, let alone. The day your grace is sufficient, and when serious illness strikes or death is imminent, your grace is sufficient. Thank you, God, for your marvelous gifts and glorious gift of grace.

Let Me Know Your Thoughts…

That’s all you do is just have a little something that you read to go throughout your day, and then you can pray on that. You can meditate on that. You can think about that and let me know How that resonates with you. Drop a comment below 👇

How I Use This To Pray & Meditate

I read different books and many ways to get my little Jesus juice every day. And this is one little “daily devotional” that I would read, meditate on, and think to myself, “okay, God, you know, thank you for this day. Thank you for these gifts that you gave meyou said, whether it’s in time of plenty or in time of need...”

Applying This Bible Verse To Your Own Life…

In your life, you will have moments of ebbs and flows. Sometimes you’ll feel like things are going amazingly, and you have everything that you could ever want. And then other times you’re going to feel things like…

  • “I sure wish I had a little bit of extra money in my bank account. Or…
  • I wish I could go to that really fancy restaurant, or
  • I wish I could buy that really nice thing.

And so those are just examples that come to my head when I’m talking to you. But. That’s how I would think about and apply this to my own life.

Bible Study Deeper Dive…

I might even go into the Bible and go look up this little verse “My grace is sufficient for you… 2 Corinthians 12:9” and read more into it.

This is EXACTLY how I go through my day and pray — just one of those little daily devotionals that I use, and you can too!
